The Sandwich Larder started trading at Spires Units in May 2003. Then in June 2005 Sandwich Larder relocated to Palmerston Road to meet increased demand. In 2014 Sandwich Larder moved into its custom designed premises on Sinclair Road.
The Sandwich Larder is a small family company that supplies many large and leading contract customers, offices and retail shops.
The company's founder David Mackintosh, has worked for many years in catering industry working in many prestigious hotels in the past and taking part in many competitions.
There is a stringent quality procedure in place to ensure products meet our higher standards and that food is manufactured safely at all levels. The Sandwich Larder SALSA certification (Safe and Local Supplier Approval).

The quality of our buffet food is exceptional. All our dishes are prepared to order, fresh each morning by our highly trained team of staff. We always try to use local produce and our staff take great pride in the quality of their cooking and presentation.
Our buffets are delivered to your door in temperature controlled vans shortly after they are prepared. The food is presented in high quality airtight packaging which ensures your buffet always stays fresh.

Our delivery drivers are always willing to help. As well as delivering to your office or home our drivers will deliver to designated room and take the baskets away. You only have to ask. Our office staff will also be happy to assist with any queries you may have and to help you to select a buffet to suit your particular requirements.
Where possible we will serve in bio-degradable packaging, as well as caring about our customers we also care about the environment. All of our Cardboard Platters are made from 75% recycled material's and the remainder from sustainable supplier.
Our fully trained professional staff all has relevant food hygiene certificates that are regularly updated and all work adheres to current food safety regulations and procedures.
